“Who is gonna be accountable, I wanna be accountable because this is not the world I want to live for my son”, these were the words of Zizo Beda as she pleaded with her followers to do more than just posting that ‘Black Lives Matter’.

Zizo Beda had to stop on the side of the road while driving to work when all emotions about what happened to George Floyd came flooding in.

Gorge Floyd is a 46 year old Black man who died after being arrested by police officers outside a shop in Minneapolis in the USA.

Shocking footage of the arrest showed George Floyd laid on the ground with a white police officer kneeling on Floyd’s neck. The incident has been described as a continued racist attack on the black and minority community members in the USA.

Floyd could be heard pleading as he was having difficulties with breathing. He shouted, “I can’t breathe, I can’t breathe” until he lost consciousness and later pronounced dead.

Zizo could not hold her tears when she said people should use their power to be accountable and pray now harder than ever before because things can not continue like this.
