South African gospel singer and song writer Malibongwe Gcwabe who is better known for his gospel hit song “Enkosi Bano” has passed on.
He was part of East London Gospel group Youth with Mission before starting his own solo career. Malibongwe was also a pastor of the Ramnant Ministries.
His singing career started booming early 2000. He released his very first album “Umlilo” in 2002. He later opened his own recording label called Malibongwe Production.
It is reported that the Gospel star was rushed to the hospital with chest related pains on Wednesday. Unfortunately he did not make it and he passed on.
