In that review, Owamie was surprised to learn Promise was a stepmom of two, information she hadn’t known. Owamie also noted that in a clip from Promise’s show, Promise seemed to put all the blame on another woman rather than holding her husband accountable for his actions.
Owamie then read a TikTok post that Promise made, which she believed was directed at her, although Promise had already blocked her at the time. The TikTok post read: “You don’t have kids, you are not even sure if you can make them but you have the audacity to open your mouth and address women on issues of children… you can’t partake in such conversation please and labor word gang one side”.
