Xolisa Kwinana sued by his ex-lover for failing to pay child maintenance for their two children

Sunday World reports that Popular Gospel Singer, Xolisa Kwinana is being sued by his ex-lover for failing to pay child maintenance for their two children. Court papers show that Kwinana owes a total of R7000 in child maintenance for his two children, both of whom are under three years old.

The woman’s attorney’s have also asked for R7000 for each of the children’s monthly maintenance, whoch she was awarded last month at Khayelitsha Magistrates Court In Cape Town in August 2025.

A police officer was sent to serve a subpoena to Kwinana, but he was not served at a performance in Gqeberha in mid September.
