The case of the Gauteng woman, Mbalenhle Miranda Nkomo who was reportedly abducted for three days while on her way to church before being released by her captors at a petrol station, has taken a new turn. According to a recent news report, the woman has reportedly declined to open a criminal case with the police.
Her Husband, Sandile Nkomo, opened a missing person case, but the police have stated they cannot proceed with a kidnapping investigation until Mbalenhle herself lays a charge.
