A police case has been opened at Mondeor station against former ANC Secretary General, Ace Magashule by a 28 year old female relatvie.
According to the police affidavit which was filed on 5 December 2023, the female relative, who was a student at the time, claimed that Magashule raped her between March 2017 and October 2019 in various hotels around Gauteng.
The woman, who was a unviersity student at the time, claimed that Magaashule first raped her at a hotel in Sandton and gave her money after he was done.
She claimed that she fell pregnant in 2019 and Ace gave her money to have an abortion. The woman said Magashule cut off contact with her after the abortion.
Police have not as yet interviewed Magashue as investigations are still underway, including speaking to the Doctor who performed the alleged abortion.
