Statement: Zahara Admitted in ICU, Family Asks For Prayers

South African gospel musician Bulelwa Mkutukana who is best known by her stage name Zahara has reportedly been hospitalised.

The Loliwe hitmaker was rushed to a private hospital in Johannesburg following liver complications.

Due to her critical condition, the 35 year old singer was transferred to the intensive care unit where she has been receiving treatment.

The family has finally released a statement asking for prayers and privacy during this difficult period.
