Buffalo City Manager Noxolo Nqwazi has been suspended due to allegations of fraud and corruption. She allegedly approved a R24.6 million tender for the procurement of 2000 toilets in the city during Covid-19.
The Hawks discovered that the funds were mismanaged as only 200 toilets were built.
