Dr Nandipha Magudumana has opened a case of Common Assult against the Correctional Services Department. She accused the authorities of assulting her at the Kroonstad Correctional facility.
The case was registered at Parkweg Police station.
Magudumana is being held at the Kroonstad Correctional Facility whereas her accomplice, Thabo Bester is at Kgosi Mampuru II prison.
She is admitted in the facility’s hospital wing. Dr Nandipha Magudumana allegedly collapsed, en-route to the Bloemfontein Magistrate’s court, on the 11th of October 2023.
Magudumana is facing charges of aiding her lover Thabo Bester who is a Facebook R_apist and murderer to escape from Mangaung Maximum prison.
