South African award-winning Olympic runner Caster Semenya has won her case against Switzerland at the European Court of Human Rights.

The court ruled that Semenya was a victim of discrimination.

Semenya had appealed against field and track regulations that forced female athletes to artificially reduce high testosterone levels in order to complete.
