Dr Nandipha Magudumana’s Case Dismissed with Costs, She Remains Behind Bars

Dr Nandipha Magudumana’s urgent court application has been dismissed with costs by the Free State High Court in Bloemfontein.

The celebrity doctor wanted to declare her arrest in Tanzania unlawful. Magudumana was arrested alongside her convicted r_apist and murderer boyfriend Thabo Bester.

Magudumana played a major role in facilitating Thabo Bester’s escape from Mangaung Maximum prison in May last year.
