The Four Accused in Thabo Bester Matter Denied Bail

Four of the five accused in the Thabo Bester matter have been denied bail.

They are being accused of aiding r_apist and murderer Thabo Bester escape from Mangaung Maximum prison last year.

The five men Senohe Matsoara, Teboho Lipholo, Buti Masukela, Tieho Grand Makhotsa and Natassja Jansen appeared in the Bloemfontein Magistrate’s Court.

The four except Natassja Jensen were denied bail while Jensen was granted R10 000 bail with conditions.

Thabo Bester and his partner Dr Nandipha Magudumana were arrested in Tanzania last month.
