Dr Nandipha Magudumana is taking the Minister of Police Bheki Cele to court claiming that she was not arrested in Tanzania but abducted.

Magudumana was arrested alongside her convicted murderer and r_apist boyfriend Thabo Bester in Tanzania last month.
