Faith Nketsi’s husband businessman Nzuzo Njilo has been issued with a warrant of arrest for fraud.

The warrant of arrest was issued by the Port Shepstone Magistrate’s Court yesterday.

Last year two businessmen approached the Johannesburg High Court to force Faith Nketsi’s husband Nzuzo Njilo to pay back R1 million he allegedly owes them.

Nzuzo Njilo was allegedly involved in a business deal with Blaine Evans and James Stephens. The two associates are owners of Lund Industries.

The court case was opened after Njilo failed to deliver the copper concentrate they had ordered from his company NN Mining.

The pair approached the Johannesburg High Court in May last year and the court gave Njilo one week to pay them back or face a lawsuit.

Evans and Stephens claimed that Njilo had failed to honour a repayment arrangement he had proposed to them.

The two business partners claim that their company Lund Industries paid R978 104 to Njilo’s company.

MDN News reported that Faith Nketsi and her husband vacated their Hyde Park mansion amidst his warrant of arrest.
