Court Withdraws Charges Against Men Accused of Killing Hillary Gardee

Hillary Gardee was found dead in May last year. She was the daughter of former Economic Freedom Fighters Party Secretary General Godrich Gardee.

She went missing at the end of April 2022, only to be found dead in a tree plantation outside Mbombela.

Atleast five suspects were arrested in connection with the murder.

Kaya FM 959 has shared that the Mpumalanga High Court has withdrawn charges against four men accused of killing Hillary Gardee.
