Charmaine Mabuza who is the CEO of Ithuba Group was recently awarded the BBQ Business Woman of The Year Award.
She was awarded at the 19th Annual Premier Black Business Quarterly Awards that were held at Emperors Palace in Johannesburg on Friday 24th March 2023.
The award recognises female business leaders who display originality in the work they do and in entrepreneurship.
Charmaine Mabuza is the co-founder of Zamani Holdings with subsidiaries such as ITHUBA.

Ithuba is South Africa’s National Lottery operator after being awarded the licence in 2015.
In 2020, she was the winner of the Forbes Woman Africa Social Impact Award 2020.
