South Africa Denied Plea to Extradite the Guptas by UAE

Justice Minister Ronald Lamola has revealed that South Africa’s plea to extradite the Gupta brothers Atul and Rajesh Gupta was denied by the United Arab Emirates.

The brothers fled South Africa after being found guilty of money laundering, fraud and State Capture.

It was later reported that they were in police custody in the United Arab Emirates.

However contrary to the above, the brothers were reportedly seen in Switzerland. Details were shared by blogger Man’s NOT Barry Roux and MDN News on Twitter.
