Patricia De Lille has said former Minister of Tourism Lindiwe Sisulu’s R1 billion Tottenham Hotspur sponsorship deal was unlawful and invalid.
The former Minister, Lindiwe Sisulu and her board had argued that the deal was good for marketing South Africa as a tourism destination.
