Jacqueline Legoabe Arrested in Connection to R17 Million Fraud Case at Eskom

Jacqueline Legoabe has been arrested for fraud and contravention of the Tax Administration Act. She is linked to R17 million tax fraud at the power utility Eskom.

The South African Revenue Services released a statement detailing her arrest. Jacqueline is the Director of Titan E Services Private limited.

She faces 30 counts of fraud for allegedly failing to declare and misrepresenting some of her income tax returns.
