The Constitutional Court has dismissed President Cyril Ramaphosa’s Case against the Speaker of the national assembly and others.

The four others include Sandile Ngcobo, Thokozile Masipa, Mahlape Sello and Vuyolwethu Zungula.

In his application Ramaphosa wanted direct access to the Constitutional Court to overturn the Section 89 panel’s report on the Phala Phala Farm saga.

The report had concluded that there was evidence that Ramaphosa might have committed a serious violation of the Constitution by committing certain crimes.
