The Constitutional Court has dismissed President Cyril Ramaphosa’s Case against the Speaker of the national assembly and others.
The four others include Sandile Ngcobo, Thokozile Masipa, Mahlape Sello and Vuyolwethu Zungula.
In his application Ramaphosa wanted direct access to the Constitutional Court to overturn the Section 89 panel’s report on the Phala Phala Farm saga.
The report had concluded that there was evidence that Ramaphosa might have committed a serious violation of the Constitution by committing certain crimes.
Millions were stolen at Ramaphosa’s farm, the money was stashed in sofas and mattresses.
Ramaphosa failed to report the story until the matter was disclosed by former Spy boss Arthur Fraser.
