Zimoja has reported that Generations: The Legacy producer Mfundi Vundla was battling cancer last year.
The good news is that he won the battle against the disease and is now back at work, while he continues to heal.
The publication revealed that he was in and out of hospital for the greater part of last year and he was surrounded by his wife and family for support.
When he was contacted for comments, he told Zimoja that, the matter was private.
