Vice Chancellor of the University of Cape Town Professor Mamokgethi Phakeng and actor Sthembiso SK Khoza were nominated for an award alongside Thato RHOCt.
They were nominated for the Drama Queen of the Year award at the 2022 edition of the Feather Awards.
However not everyone is happy with SK Khoza and Professor Phakeng. They are saying SK Khoza is an abuser who abused his fianceè Mandy Hlongwane.
On the other hand Professor Phakeng is being accused of being toxic and transphobic. She apparently said some bad things in regards to transgenders.

Thus Mzansi is saying these two do not deserve to be nominated for such awards.
