Crime Scene Was Cleaned, # Senzo Meyiwa Murder Trial

ENCA NEWS reported that witness statements have revealed that the Senzo Meyiwa murder scene was cleaned before the police arrived.

Advocate Zandile Mshololo continues to poke holes in the state’s case by questioning how forensic evidence was collected.

Meanwhile Advocate Malesela Teffo’s attempt for a trial within a trial has been stopped in its tracks.

Teffo alleged that the state obtained confessions from accused 1 and 2 by torturing them. Teffo is representing four of the five accused.

The Senzo Meyiwa murder trial is on going at the Pretoria High Court. Senzo was gunned down in October in 2014 at his then girlfriend Kelly Khumalo’s mother’s house in Vosloorus.
