Popular singer and actor, Kelly Khumalo, has demanded to see the 2019 police docket that implicates her in the murder of Senzo Meyiwa.
Her lawyer, Magdeline Moonsamy, told the Sunday World Newspaper that Kelly has never been questioned and has not seen the 2019 docket that implicated her as the person who mistakenly pulled the trigger.
Advocate Malesela Teffo said in court that there is a 2019 docket which said the seven people who were at the Vosloroorus house were the suspects and should be charged for murder and defeating the ends of justice.
Moonsamy said Kelly, who is now walking around with bodyguards after the revelations, is awaiting the opportunity to appear in court to answer to any charges.
