Hillary Gardee: Bail Application Hearing Postponed to June 9

A suspect in Hillary Gardee’s murder, Sipho Mkhatshwa applied for bail which was postponed by the Nelspruit Magistrate’s court to next Thursday 9 June 2022.

Mkhatshwa said in his application that he has a four day old baby and he wanted to be present for the child’s registration at Home Affairs.

Attorney, Sebastian Bhila and advocate, Sfiso Silindza who represented Sipho Mkhatshwa withdrew from the matter due to a conflict of interest.

Hillary Gardee was the daughter of former Economic Freedom Fighters Secretary General Godrich Gardee. She was found dead outside Mbombela in a tree plantation.
