SAD: Johannesburg Mayor Mpho Moerane Has Passed Away

SABC NEWS has reported on their Twitter page that Johannesburg Mayor Mpho Moerane has sadly passed away.

The Mayor was involved in a car accident last week and was being treated at Milpark hospital when he succumbed to his injuries.

Moreane was sworn in following the passing of then Johannesburg Mayor Jolidee Matongo. Matongo was also involved in a car accident and he passed on.
