Daily Sun reported that footballer Reneilwe Letsholonyane was taken to Court by BMW financial Services after he failed to keep up with payments on his BMW 118i.
The former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder bought the car jn 2015. According to the publication, the soccer star was supposed to pay R7500 per month for 71 months.
The 39 year old was then supposed to pay a balloon payment of R139 000 on the 72nd month for him to own the luxury vehicle.
A lot of celebrities in South Africa have been taken to court by banks after failing to pay for their house or car installments.
