Advocate Malesela Teffo To Appear Before the Hilbrow Magistrate’s Court

Advocate Malesela Teffo was arrested when the Senzo Meyiwa trial was adjourned yesterday afternoon in the Pretoria High Court.

Teffo was representing accused one to four in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial.

The National Police Commissioner, Fannie Masemola has asked the Gauteng Police Commissioner, Elias Mawela to submit a report on the arrest of Advocate Malesela Teffo.

Advocate Teffo’s attorney, Timothy Thobane said Teffo was facing a trespassing charge but that had been cancelled. The warrant is understood to have been issued in January.

Senzo Meyiwa was gunned down in October 2014 while he was at his then girlfriend Kelly Khumalo’s house in Voosloorus.
