Chris Maroleng and His Mom on Her 85th Birthday

Chris Maroleng took over from Hlaudi Motsoeneng at SABC in 2018. He was later axed from the broadcaster on the grounds of misconduct.

Maroleng has been fighting with SABC and the fight ended up in courts. He sued the public broadcaster for R12 million for what he called unlawful dismissal.

Away from work Chris Maroleng is a family man with a heart of gold. The former Chief at SABC took to Facebook to wish his mother a happy birthday.

His mother turned 85 years old. Below is a photo he posted and a caption he wrote.
