Lamiez Holworthy Says Her Dad Was A Security Guard

Lamiez Holworthy has opened up about how she grew up. She revealed that she was not born in a rich family therefore she had a difficult upbringing.

Holworthy also mentioned that her dad was a security guard. She said initially she wanted to study entertainment law but her family started facing difficulties while she was in Grade 11.

Her mother got retrenched and they couldn’t pay for her school fees thus she ended up as a deejay after her matriculation.

The DJ also opened up about how she was called names because she looked darker than her siblings.
