Operation Dudula leader Nhlanhla Lux Dlamini appeared in the Roodepoort Magistrate’s court, west of Johannesburg today for a bail application.

He was granted R1500 bail with conditions that he must not have any contact with the complaint Mr Victor Ramerafe in any manor pending this case.

The Judge warned Dlamini not to send anyone to Mr Victor Ramerafe’s house or to communicate using any electronic means, thus telephone, Instagram, Facebook, and more.

If Dlamini breaches any of the conditions his bail may be cancelled. Dlamini was also ordered to hand over his passport to the investigating officer by 1600hrs today.

In addition, he was also ordered to continue staying at the address given on the charge sheet pending this case.
