Home Affairs Issues National Identification Card for Thabo Bester

The Home Affairs department has revealed that it has issued an identification card for convicted murderer and r_apist Thabo Bester.

The Minister of Home Affairs Minister Aaron Motsoaledi held a media briefing today explaining the process.

The Home Affairs department was involved in the extradition of Thabo Bester and Dr Nandipha Magudumana from Tanzania where they were arrested last month.
