Late Musicians AKA and Costa Titch Nominated at the South African Music Awards

Late rappers Kiernan Forbes aka AKA and Costantinos Tsobanoglou aka Costa Titch, were nominated for awards at this year’s South African Music Awards (SAMAS29).

The award ceremony which was initially scheduled for Durban, will take place on the 17th/18th of November 2023 in Gauteng.

AKA passed away on the 10th of February 2023, he was shot dead at Wish restaurant, Florida Road in Durban.

Costa Titch passed away on the 11th of March 2023, he collapsed and died on stage, while performing in Johannesburg.

AKA was nominated in the category Record of the Year for Lemons/Lemonade feat. Nasty C whereas Costa Titch was nominated in the category, Music Video of the Year.
