Musician Zakes Bantwini recently took his Grammy award to his mother Nomthandazo Madida’s grave. His mother was laid to rest in 2007.

The award-winning musician posted thr the details on his Instagram page. He captioned, “I did it Mom ❤️🙏”.

Zakes Bantwini, Nomcebo Zikode and Wouter Kellerman won the Best Global Music Performance Award for their collaboration on Bayethe at the 65th Annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles.
