JJ Tabane not a real Professor

Prominent Media personality, JJ Tabane was irregularly issued a full professorship by the Unisa Graduate School of Business Leadership.

This was revealed after academic staff complained that JJ Tabane was performing duties that independent contractors are not appointed to do, such as disciplining staff.

The staff also complained that Tabane’s professorship did not carry any teaching or reasearch requirements.

Tabane was hired as a contractor responsible for communications and marketing at the UGSBL.
