Shauwn Mkhize and Bheki Cele Seen Partying Together in Cape Town

Police Minister Bheki Cele was seen partying in a yacht with businesswoman Shauwn Mkhize a week before they were named in court documents where Sithelo Shozi accused them of kidnapping.

Bheki and MamMkhize were joined by Shauwn’s family and friends. The reality television star posted the video on her Instagram page.
