Last year Black Motion’s duo of Murdah Bongz and Thabo Smol decided to split up.

The separation turned ugly after their boss opened a case of theft and housebreaking against Murdah Bongz at the Johannesburg police station in December 2021.

Moses who owns Black Motion record label alleged that Murdah Bongz broke into their Centurion house which they use as an office and a studio.

He said Murdah Bongz who recently left the group took computer hard drives, a television set, a mixing disc and studio monitors.
