DNG CEO and founder, Aldworth Mbalati has hit hard times. An. Eviction order has been issued against him to leave his Mansion in Killaney Road, Sandhurst.

Sunday Times reports that Mbalati (40), has been given until 20 December 2022 to leave his house which he bought for R35 million from another Tycoon, Angus Murray (52).

Mbalati bought the Mansion in 2020 and paid a deposit of R3 Million. He has been paying occupational rent of R100 000 a month.

In court, Mbalati argued that he has made renovations to the property of R27 million. However, Murray said Mbalati only made renovations with about R700 000 and said he will pay Mbalati this amount.

Renovations were carried out by Hyde Park enterior design  company Kim H and Sandton firm Blue Line Design.
