Controversial music entrepreneur Nhlamulo Nota Baloyi has left Mzansi thinking that he is not mentally stable.
He has been going around Gauteng challenging traffic police at road blocks. NOTA criticised the officers for not doing their job as expected.
He said instead of controlling traffic where robots are not working, the Johannesburg Metro Police officers were causing congestion by having road blocks.
Nota added that the police officers have been abusing their power for too long. He went as far as insulting their looks and jobs.
