Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi to Take Over All Foreign Owned Spaza Shops

Newly elected Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi has sent a strong message to all foreigners who own small businesses in the province.

Lesufi came into office following the departure of David Makhura last month.

The Premier has threatened to take all the spaza shops that are owned by foreign nationals in Gauteng Province.

He promised to fund and to empower South Africans to be owners of these spaza shops across the Province.
