Riky Rick’s partner Bianca Naidoo has reportedly won the battle to be appointed as the executor of the late musician’s estate.
The department of Home Affairs has given up on trying to block Bianca from being named the executor of the estate.
The department was against recognising her as the wife of the late musician. The rapper passed away in February after committing suicide.
He apparently did not leave a Will behind forcing the Master of the Court to determine the executor of Rikhado Makhado’s estate.
Although they were not legally married, their union was recognised by both families. They have a son together and a daughter from Bianca’s previous relationship.
Bianca had to prove that their union was equivalent to a marriage when their marital status came into question.
