Cultural activist and actress Nelisiwe Sibiya is tired of being questioned about her life, especially her virginity.
The actress plays the role of Mbali on e.tv drama series DurbanGen. The actress revealed that people question her because of the way she dresses.
She dresses traditionally at times in Zulu traditional attires because she is a Bhinca. Nelisiwe said it is not everyone’s right to know whether she is still a virgin or not.
The actress added that some people have been asking her why she didn’t attend the recently held Zulu Reed dance ceremony in Nongoma.
Some people have accused Nelisiwe of dating men in the entertainment industry.
As a Cultural activist, the actress was nominated for Best Traditional Influencer at the South African Traditional Music Awards to be held in Mpumalanga.
