The late anti-apartheid struggle activist Vytjie Mentor has been laid to rest in Kimberly in the Northern Cape.
The former Member of Parliament resigned as an ANC member in 2019 to join the African Christian Democratic Party and died as a member of ActionSA.
The former MP and whistle blower Vytjie Mentor passed away at the age of 58.
Mentor blew the whistle on corruption under the former President Jacob Zuma’s administration when she claimed she was offered a ministerial position sanctioned by the notorious Gupta family.

ActionSA leader Herman Mashaba confirmed the sad news on behalf of her family saying she passed away after suffering from heart complications.
