NPA To Investigate Second Docket Implicating Kelly Khumalo

The National Prosecuting Authority has said it will investigate and prosecute the accused in the second docket of the Senzo Meyiwa murder case.

The second docket implicates all those who were at the scene when Meyiwa was shot dead. Meyiwa was gunned down at his then girlfriend Kelly Khumalo’s mother’s house in Vosloorus in 2014.

Kelly Khumalo, her sister Zandile Khumalo, their mother, Longwe Twala and two others were named in this second docket.

Five men named in the first docket are being tried at the Pretoria High Court. The second docket was presented by Advocate Malesela Teffo who is representing four of the five accused.
