Advocate Malesela Teffo told the Pretoria High Court a few weeks ago that he had a witness who will testify that Kelly Khumalo mistakenly shot Senzo Meyiwa using Longwe Twala’s revolver.
Senzo Meyiwa was shot dead in October 2014, at his then girlfriend Kelly Khumalo’s mother’s house in Voosloorus.
Teffo who is representing accused four of the five accused said all those who were present during the murder of the soccer star should be in Court.
In one episode of her reality show Life With Kelly, the songstress said the advocate was desperate for attention by mentioning her name.
She said the advocate Malesela Teffo wants to trend because everytime he mentions her name, he trends on social media.
Kelly revealed that the advocate is desperate to see her jailed for something she did not do.
