On Valentine’s day businessman Thami Ndlala surprised his wife Lerato Kganyago with a hotel and spa.
Lerato announced that she had been gifted with the 12 on Hillel Villa and Spa. However it seems residents of Northcliff where the business is located are not happy about it.
They allegedly questioned the approval of her hot,restaurant and party house at 12 Hillel avenue.
