The defence lawyer in the Hillary Gardee murder case revealed that he was threatened by people gathering outside court.
Nqobizitha Mlilo who is representing Philemon Lukhele and Mduduzi Gama claimed that he has received death threats from a political group.
Mlilo is representing the two in thier bid to get bail in the Nelspruit Magistrate’s Court in Mbombela, Mpumalanga.
The Magistrate advised him to report the matter to the police. Economic Freedom Fighters Party distanced itself from the claims.

The two men face charges of murder, r@pe, kidnapping, and conspiracy to commit murder. The news was reported by SABC NEWS.
