Several people were fatally shot at a tavern in Ga Rankuwa in Pretoria. Two people lost their lives while seven were left wounded.
The shooting happened on Friday just before midnight. The gunmen were travelling in a silver Polo Volkswangen.
The Gauteng Police are appealing for any information that may lead to the arrest of the assailants.
Two cases of murder and seven cases of attempted murder are now being investigated.
