Siboniso Duma was elected as the new Chairperson of the KwaZuluNatal Province after defeating the Premier Sihle Zikalala.
Duma is currently the Chair of Chairs in the KZN Provincial Legislature. In his address Duma promised to not purge any leaders.
Duma vowed to build the Province of KwaZuluNatal. Siboniso Duma obtained 930 votes while Sihle Zikalala obtained 665 votes.
The ANC KwaZuluNatal Conference kicked off on Friday and the casting of votes by delegates was done yesterday evening. The news was reported by ENCA NEWS.
