Lerato Kganyago, is believed to have been caught in a deception when sources revealed to City Press that she was not the true owner of the opulent boutique hotel she was gifted on Valentine’s Day.
Thami Ndlala, Kganyago’s husband, and two other accused silent partners are reported to own the hotel, 12 on Hillel Villa and Spa in Northcliff, Johannesburg.
The upscale establishment, which opened its doors in February, was not, as was widely reported in the media, the star’s Valentine’s Day gift from Ndlala.
However, the media personality, Kganyago is allegedly solely the hotel’s face.
One source said: That Valentine’s Day gift noise that she made was just a publicity stunt. Thami did not buy her that hotel.
The hotel charges around R50 000 a night for its penthouse suite and standard rooms cost R5 000. Below is what she said in response.
